Feeling Good

Working out and Eating right: So it isn't as bad as I thought, yet not great either. Robert has designated himself my personal trainer. We do a workout video with medicine balls that kicks my bum. We have also been walking/jogging a couple of times so far. I feel really good afterward too. I definitely need his push to get going. He loves to workout so he is excited to have a workout buddy. His boss had a double jogging stroller that they only used once and didn't want any more so they gave it to us. Those are so expensive and he just gave it to us. They take such great care of us, he works for some pretty awesome people. As far as my eating... I have been doing pretty good. I wouldn't say I'm perfect yet. But I have been trying really hard and I have been sticking to my one sugar day a week. Watching Biggest Loser Couples and seeing how incredibly skinny the winner got was some motivation. But I warned Robert that I would be getting that skinny seeing as how my bone structure isn't even that small. hehe! Anyway, I'm feeling good and am hoping I will reach my goal of being able to climb to the top of Timp by August. Anyone interested in coming is welcome! Any takers??

I'm totally up for climbing Timp! That's one thing always wanted to do but haven't. Count Davy in too!

Congrats on the working out and eating healthy! I know it's not easy to do.

Go Traci!! You can do it! But I won't be joining you on Timp. I don't like top of the mountains.

Don't hike Timp...I got charged by a moose, had a girl throw up on my shoe, fell through a glacier, and lost my favorite cowboy hat.

J/k it wasn't that bad...I have done it a couple times. Very gorgeous!
