Feeling Accomplished

I have taken on babysitting a couple of cute little girls every Tuesday and Thursday from 11-2. I've had another neighbor call a few times to see if I would watch their little girl too. It makes me feel great to be able to take a little of the earning money burden off of Robert when he is going crazy working and going to school. It's been so fun too. I never saw myself as much of a babysitting type. I blame this on being the youngest and never babysitting when I was younger. But I have had so much fun. I find that when the house is busy I keep myself busy and have been better about getting house work done. I'm not wonderful at it still but I feel like I have had a little more excitement to get stuff done lately.
I decided today that as soon as dinner was done I wouldn't sit down until things were picked up, wiped off, and put away. It feels really good. I am excited for him to come home and feel like he can relax tonight. Maybe I am making this sound like my house is always a wreck. It really isn't but usually I am doing a little more forcing myself to get stuff done but I am little more excited to get stuff done. I'm sure it's a lovely faze. But I hope it sticks around for a while! :-)
