
I ate 2 chocolate chip cookies yesterday. I checked the bag and discovered that these little delicious cookies were 130 calories a piece! I though, "Oh well, I'm going running. I will work them off." Well I just about died when I was working so hard to keep running and was still under 200 calories burned. So I forced myself to keep going. After 25 minutes of running and speed walking I was only able to burn about 1 and 3/4 of those darn cookies. I don't think I'll look at a cookie the same. I guess that's why they say one is enough. :-) Was it worth it?

I agree, when I am working on the damn elliptical at the gym I just think WOW I haven't even burned off those 10 peanut M&M's I just ate!
Cookies are always worth it. Cookie dough is even more worth it!
Yeah I have to side with Robyn. I love sweets that is why I can't lose a lb even if I eat good in the other dept and work out. CONGRATS on running you rock!
Yes, I know how you feel. I have not had any sugar at all in over 2 weeks until today. I had a piece of cake my kids made me. I will pay for that piece of cake.
